Landscape Manager
Crew Leader Foreman
*Operates all maintenance equipment skilfully and knowledgeably, and without supervision. Makes routine or general repairs to equipment as needed.
*Supervises the larger 4-to-5-man crews.
*Consistently beats estimated hours with the highest quality.
*Always ensure tools, equipment and materials needed for job sites are available daly and in good use.
*Inspects and monitors client properties after the completion of work to ensure quality and job completeness. Proactively provides solutions for trouble or difficult areas.
*Able to complete work in a timely manner, adheres to a schedule and strives to meet or beat goals.
*Operates maintenance of all equipment skillfully and knowledgeably (blowers, line trimmers, mowers).
*Ensure tools, equipment and materials needed for job sites are available.
*Usually a two-man crew with turf tracers.
*Inspects and monitors client properties after the completion of work to ensure quality and job completeness.
*Able to complete work in a timely manner, adheres to a schedule and assigned hours.
*Performs and oversees housekeeping duties after the completion of work to ensure no debris or equipment is left behind, end of the workday clean-up.
*Performs weekly maintenance on equipment.
*Keeps equipment organized and in working order.
*Provides assistance to team members as needed.
*Snow removal activities in winter if applicable.
Maintenance Team Member
*Learns the assigned client properties.
*Load and unload equipment trailers and company trucks, transport tools, materials, and equipment to actual work site, utilize shovels, wheelbarrows, and / or lifting and carrying.
*Job site clean-up.
*Assist crew supervisor and co-workers as needed.
*Snow removal activities in the winter if applicable include hand shoveling and salting sidewalks.
